Exhale - Nambah maju menyang variasi Standing Forward Bend - Uttanasana . Nalika sampeyan exhale, supaya tangan swing mudhun konco sampeyan. Gesang driji sampeyan ing mburi lan nggawa tangan sampeyan ing sirah nalika sampeyan melu maju.

3 - Lunge Pose

Inhale - Nyelehake tangan sing interlaced nalika sampeyan ngayunake tangan ing jejere kuping lan langkah sikil tengen bali menyang mburi mateng menyang Lunge Tinggi.

Exhale - Nyelehake tangan menyang ngarep tikar nalika sampeyan mlaku sikil kiwa menyang mburi tikaman menyang Munggah Sadurunge Nglawan Dog .
